The terms of this service are legal documents that give MASH online products the right to receive, store, use and process certain information for the purposes specified in these terms of service. Please read the terms of this service carefully and decide whether to accept it or not. We will consider that you have accepted and signed the Terms of Service as you accept it.

You can use our application by downloading the "MASH" application from the "Google play store" or "App store" by registering and confirming your information. Required information:

  • Surname, Given name
  • Registry number
  • Email address
  • Facebook ID, email registered in facebook

The "MASH" application uses your location when you log in to the application to suggest service branches near you, and not for any other purpose.

When you register in the "MASH" application, a 4-digit verification code will be sent to your phone number, which will be used once to verify you.

Requirements for becoming a user in "MASH" application:

  • Must be 21 years old
  • Be a citizen of Mongolia
  • Have a smart phone

Terms of loan in "MASH" application:

  • Loan amount: 20,000 MNT - 10,000,000 MNT
  • Loan repayment: 60, 75, 90 days according to your choice

  1. You may authorize Tera Finology NBFI to use the information contained in this service for internal use only in order to determine the customer's credit score or to determine the amount of loan available, to draft a contract, and to make our products and services more accessible to consumers. Under this Terms of Service, Tera Finology  NBFI agrees not to disclose to third parties for purposes other than those set forth herein. This includes
    1. Receive and store personal and financial information you create and send.
    2. Analyze and verify the accuracy of personal and financial information you create and send using an electronic calculator.
    3. Use the financial and personal information you create and send to determine the amount of credit rights and other basic terms that will be granted to you, and to draft your loan agreement if you decide to grant a loan.
    4. You will be logged in once using your internet banking login information related to the evaluation of the loan product, and we guarantee that your access information will not be reused by our organization, and the system will log in and out automatically, not on anyone else. It is also not stored on the system or on any official.
    5. Obtain a statement of your account and use this statement once to determine the value of your loan amount.
  2. After using your internet banking password specified in 1.d of this service, you are reminded to change your internet banking password for your own security.
  3. MASH Online Products is responsible for the use, disclosure and confidentiality of the information you provide for purposes other than those specified in the Terms of Service.
  4. Your responsibilities if you submit a loan application through Mash's online product APP or any Web or SMS channel.
    1. Do not use false or misleading information.
    2. Obliged not to use anyone's personal or financial information.
    3. The use of other people's information is illegal.
  5. MASH's online product reserves the right to refuse to grant you a loan if you enter false information in violation of clause 4.a of this condition.
  6. If you violate the provisions of 4.b and 4.c of the Terms of Service and use the rights of others, the MASH project team reserves the right to restrict your service rights and refuse to grant you a loan. Please note that you are solely responsible for the encounter.
  7. If the terms of this service are subject to change, and we will send the information to your registered email address one week before the change, and will remind you to register the address you use regularly, as the terms will be updated one week after the date of submission.
  8. MASH's online products will keep a history of the list of actions you sign in to protect themselves from security attacks.
  9. Your approval of the terms of this service is not considered a basis for granting you a loan.
  10. If you have applied for a loan through any of the online product lending channels, such as Message Channel, Web Channel, and Application, you will be eligible for a loan after you have entered into a loan agreement with the authorized person.
  11. The Client hereby acknowledges that there are no debts, payments, related disputes, litigation and obligations notified to the NBFIs on or before the date of conclusion of this Agreement.
  12. By agreeing to the terms of this service, we understand that you are entitled to a reference to your Credit Information Database and will re-sign and confirm it at the time of signing the contract.
  13. MASH online loan service is available up to 3 times a day.
  14. MASH online loans have the right to refrain from re-lending in 1-5 days against activities such as money laundering and terrorist financing without incentivizing too many loans.
  15. Using MASH e-wallet service:
    1. If your loan is overdue, you will not be able to make purchases, withdrawals or transfers from your wallet for 1 to 5 days.
    2. The loan amount will be automatically deducted from your account at the end of the 5th day or at 00 after the loan expires. If the balance of the wallet is less than the balance of the loan, all the money in the wallet will be automatically withdrawn and interest will be charged from the balance according to the agreement.
    3. The wallet extension and loan repayment buttons are active for 1 to 5 days.
    4. Depending on the amount of the loan, a certain percentage will be paid with a fee depending on the size of the loan, and the loan will be renewed only after the amount calculated by the electronic loan calculator is paid.
    5. Depending on the amount and term of the loan, it is possible to extend the loan up to 2-5 times.
    6. After renewal or payment other actions can be performed.
    7. The customers credit goes to the users personal account in MASH's wallet.
    8. The customer can transfer money and send invoices to MASH system users other than his / her personal account.
    9. MASH's online loan service is not responsible for whether the invoice is paid by sending the invoice.
    10. The customer can receive money to his / her own bank account or to a bank account registered in MASH online credit system.
    11. MASH online loan service for every transaction received to the bank account you will receive an invoice of 100 MNT.
    12. Once you have an e-wallet, you will need to create a new transaction PIN code. The PIN code will be used for all transactions from your account, such as transactions, purchases, and loans, and the password you choose will be the one you originally chose. There are two passwords: login password and transaction pin code.
    13. NBFI is not responsible for any damage caused by the loss of PIN code confidentiality or password.
    14. NBFI is not responsible for the quality of 3rd party goods and services.

CONFIDENTIALITY OF USER INFORMATION. "Tera Finology NBFI" LLC is responsible for not using or disclosing your personal and financial information for purposes other than those specified in these terms of service. It is also responsible for protecting the confidentiality of information

  1. All users can delete or cancel their register and terminate our services by submitting a written request in person at our branch.
  2. "MASH" application accesses the user's mobile phone contact list and uses the list to make transactions and transfers to users registered in the MASH e-loan service and does not use it for any other purpose.
  3. "MASH" does not collect user's personal information secretly or use it in any unreasonable way.
  4. "MASH" ensures data reliability and uses standard encryption and data loss prevention technology. We will take all necessary measures to protect information.
  5. "MASH" application software will automatically archive basic information, credit and repayment information of MASH e-loan of the User on the server and archive the paper documents.
  6. The software and system of "MASH" application fully meet the technical requirements to protect the privacy of User's data. In addition to the personal information of the user, it includes all information related to the services received from the NBFI.
  7. The NBFI shall prohibit the use and disclosure of information to unrelated third parties in accordance with the User's consent and shall protect the confidentiality of the information.
  8. The User is reminded to ensure the privacy of his/her information when downloading, registering and using the application, and the contract with the User clearly states this as follows.
    • Not to pass the login name, password or transaction code to third parties;
    • If the user changes his/her transaction password, he/she shall be responsible for the problems, consequences, and damages caused by the change;
    • If the user's login password or transaction code has been lost or stolen, he/she has learned about an unauthorized transfer to his\her credit account, he/she has discovered any errors or inconsistencies in the registration related to his/her credit rights, or he/she suspects that his/her password or other codes may have been compromised by an unauthorized third party, he\she has to change his/her login password and transaction code immediately, and inform "Tera Finology NBFI" LLC
    • The holder of e-loan credit rights shall be fully responsible for the damage caused by failure to fulfill the obligations specified in the contract or due to missed deadlines despite fulfillment;
    • The user has to maintain the confidentiality of the login name, password, transaction code and other information used in the application, and take full responsibility in case of loss of the information due to his/her own fault;
  9. If the user refuses to receive the services, has to submit a written request to delete the account, the user will be placed in an inactive state for no longer than 10 working days, and the information other than the registration number, phone number, surname, and first name will be deleted in order to prevent re-registration.
  10. If service is denied due to ineligibility, you may update your information and reconfirm your registration 6 months after registration.
